04 - 2 teaspoons high-quality matcha powder
05 - 1/4 cup hot water, approximately 175°F
→ Milk Layer
06 - 1 1/2 cups chilled oat milk
07 - Ice cubes
# Directions:
01 - In a blender, combine fresh strawberries, maple syrup, and lemon juice. Blend until completely smooth.
02 - Divide the freshly blended strawberry puree evenly between two tall glasses.
03 - Fill each glass halfway with ice cubes to chill the beverage.
04 - Gently pour 3/4 cup of chilled oat milk into each glass over the strawberry layer.
05 - In a small bowl, whisk matcha powder with hot water using a bamboo whisk or frother until a frothy and smooth consistency is achieved.
06 - Slowly pour the prepared matcha over the oat milk layer in each glass to achieve a visually appealing layered presentation.
07 - Serve immediately and stir before consuming if desired.
