# Directions:
01 - Wash grapes thoroughly and dry them completely. Remove all stems from the grapes.
02 - Thread 5 to 6 grapes onto each skewer or cocktail stick.
03 - Place the grape skewers on a parchment-lined tray in a single layer. Freeze for at least 2 hours until grapes are fully frozen.
04 - Combine granulated sugar, lime zest, and a pinch of sea salt in a small bowl. Use your fingers to rub the zest into the sugar until the mixture is fragrant and evenly blended.
05 - Roll each frozen grape skewer in the lime sugar, pressing gently to ensure the coating adheres.
06 - Serve immediately for optimal texture or return lime-sugar coated skewers to the freezer until ready to serve.
