# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

04 - Roll each tortilla tightly around the filling and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

08 - Allow roll-ups to cool slightly before serving. Serve warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream or caramel sauce.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • They come together in under 30 minutes start to finish
  • The tortilla trick creates flaky layers without any dough work
  • Perfect for when pie cravings hit but time is short
02 -
  • Let the apple filling cool slightly before rolling or the tortillas will get soggy and tear
  • Roll them tighter than you think you need to or they will unroll in the oven
  • Do not skip the parchment paper because the sugar will caramelized and stick terribly
03 -
  • Use room temperature tortillas to prevent cracking when you roll
  • Double the cinnamon sugar coating because some always falls off
  • Let them cool for at least 5 minutes or the filling will be too hot to eat
