# What You’ll Need:

→ Eggs

01 - 6 large eggs

# Directions:

01 - Set the air fryer to 275°F and preheat for 3 minutes.
02 - Place the eggs gently in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not touch each other.
03 - Air fry the eggs at 275°F for 14 to 16 minutes, adjusting time for yolk consistency: 14 minutes for creamier yolks, 16 minutes for fully firm.
04 - While cooking, fill a bowl with ice and cold water to prepare an ice bath.
05 - Immediately transfer the cooked eggs to the ice bath and let them sit for 5 minutes to halt cooking and facilitate peeling.
06 - Crack the eggshells gently and peel. For easier peeling, roll the eggs lightly on a flat surface before removing shells.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • No boiling water means your kitchen stays cool and you never burn yourself on steam.
  • Every single egg comes out consistent and perfectly cooked, no guesswork required.
  • The shells peel away so easily it almost feels therapeutic, especially after that ice bath trick.
02 -
  • That ice bath is non-negotiable—it's the difference between a shell that peels beautifully and one that clings to the whites.
  • Don't skip the rolling-on-the-counter step if you want the easiest peel; it loosens the membrane in a way that makes the whole thing effortless.
03 -
  • Gently rolling each egg on the counter before peeling makes the whole shell come off in two or three pieces instead of tiny fragments.
  • If your eggs are stuck, peel them under cool running water—the water gets between the membrane and the shell and makes everything slide apart instantly.
